Introduction
The Carolina Xavier Nutritionist project was designed to express the brand’s transformative and welcoming essence, highlighting her personal story of resilience and her commitment to mindful eating. The visual identity, developed in partnership with Deister Studio & Co., combines the lightness of a butterfly with the symbolism of the letter “X,” reflecting balance, empathy, and the pursuit of gentle transformation—core pillars of the brand.
Challenge
In a market filled with nutritional approaches and often impersonal communication, the main challenge was to establish a unique identity that broke away from stigmas and “food fear-mongering.” Carolina, whose personal journey of resilience inspires the brand, needed a strategy that would promote not only professional credibility but also emotional connection with her audience. It was essential to craft a communication style that conveyed warmth, sensitivity, and food autonomy—setting her apart in a saturated and competitive environment.
Solution
The solution involved the creation of a comprehensive Brand Guide paired with a Strategic Report—documents that defined everything from visual guidelines to brand positioning and core messaging. With a symbol that merges the butterfly—an icon of transformation and lightness—with the letter “X” for Xavier, the visual identity was designed to convey movement, balance, and care. The strategy guided the production of content and campaigns that reinforce the slogan “Real food, no guilt!”, highlighting a personalized and humanized approach to nutritional care. This positioned Carolina Xavier Nutritionist as a trusted reference, guiding her patients with empathy and promoting a healthy relationship with food.
