Thaís Tavares is an architect and urban planner focused on creating personalized environments that combine exclusivity, accessibility, and sustainability. Challenge
How can exclusivity and warmth be translated into an identity that resonates with a demanding and discerning audience? The challenge was to balance sophistication and approachability, ensuring that every choice—from the slogan to the color palette—authentically conveyed the brand’s purpose.
Solution
The slogan “to the essence of those who inhabit” emerged as the synthesis of this balance, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to personalization and its connection to the stories and life moments of each resident. The real challenge was to transform intangible concepts into a visual and verbal language that is clear, elegant, and full of meaning. The visual design is rooted in the symbolism of the monstera leaf, evoking sustainability and comfort. The humanist typography in the logo conveys warmth and well-being, while the use of lowercase titles reinforces the brand’s intimate tone. These visual choices were carefully crafted to align values such as integrity, inclusion, authenticity, and innovation with the perception of sophistication and technical quality that defines the brand.
